Liked the idea of watching "what it was like" and "what it WOULD be like" on the "bar cam", but it didn't load...is it not working? When will it be up & running?

What has been the longest recorded sobriety in AA

Reply: Since there are no records kept, we only have have word of mouth. I've heard of 67 years of sobriety. With folks coming in younger and younger, that will change. The only real record is 24 hours....no one has every gotten more than that in one day. :)

who was dr. bob's secretary? I understand that is were he stayed after the ama convention in cuy. falls.

Reply: Jonn, the AMA convention was in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Dr Bob's nurse/receptionist was named Lily and her husbands name was Everett. See Dr Bob's bio on page 73.

I love history and the presentation and history of some of the old chips was fascinating. Also I found the felt bottle and the Sacred Hearts given to be incredible. I praise Jesus for the gift of Sobriety, One Day at a Time!

Reply: The word HONEST was dropped in the September 1957 Grapevine with no explanation in that issue.
